Hip hop culture was brought into the theater through saturated colors, textures and 3D shapes. We produced the animated opening show and digital backgrounds for more than 100 dance crew performances.
ABOUT PROJECT
The highlight goes to our integration software between the judges' evaluation system and the audiovisual content, which ensures that the insertion of notes in the computer correctly triggers the corresponding videos on the screen, in real time and with numerical precision.
To represent the street dance culture are the pick-ups, skates and sound systems, illustrated in a structure with revolving floors – each one translating a portion of the hip hop universe. On the top floor is the main stage, which was customizable by each group. All of this, precisely timed to the music, completed the experience, and the cheering audience made the theater shake!
